Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Advisor, located in Qesm El Maadi with the opportunity for partial remote work. The Insurance Sales Advisor will be responsible for promoting life and takaful insurance products, consulting with clients to assess their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include building and managing relationships with clients, offering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The advisor is expected to stay updated on market trends and insurance product knowledge to effectively address client needs.
Qualifications Strong knowledge of Insurance and Finance principles is required. Experience in Consulting and Customer Service to ensure effective client interactions and service delivery. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Ability to analyze client needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions. Experience in the takaful insurance sector is a plus. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an advantage.
