Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Furniture Designer. The Furniture Designer will be responsible for conceptualising and designing custom-made furniture pieces such as kitchens, dressing rooms, and interior elements. Daily tasks include collaborating with customers and the design team, creating detailed drawings and renders, ensuring designs meet functional and aesthetic standards, and coordinating with the manufacturing team for production. The role requires a commitment to maintaining exceptional quality and innovation in all designs.
Qualifications(2-3) Years Experience in Furniture Design and Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise. Knowledge of Interior Design and Furniture craftsmanship, including an understanding of how design integrates into functional spaces. Basic knowledge of materials and familiarity with furniture manufacturing processes. Proficiency in design software such as Sketch Up, Kitchen Draw, 3ds Max, or similar tools is highly preferred. Attention to detail and ability to create designs that combine aesthetics with long-term functionality. Bachelor's degree in Furniture Design, Interior Design, or a related field is Required. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
