We are seeking a proactive and trend-savvy Fashion Sourcing Executive to join our Sourcing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selecting, sourcing, and purchasing Accessories products (Bags, Shoes, Belts, Wallets, Scarfs,...etc.) that align with our brand identity and meet our customers’ demands. You will play a key role in shaping our product assortment and ensuring commercial success in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the design team to secure necessary approvals and maintain seasonal quality standards aligned with each brand's direction. Enhance supplier quality: Negotiate quotations and follow up on pro forma invoices to ensure the best pricing. Coordinate with the commercial team: Work together on quotations and target pricing For local orders. Create contracts and navigate all processes with Legal Affairs and Finance. Review pro forma invoices and follow up with Finance until the deposit is transferred to the supplier. Monitor the production and development process closely. Conduct factory visits to evaluate performance, expedite production, and address any issues. Engage with the technical team for approvals related to quality, colors, design, workmanship, and necessary accessories. Review and compile all purchase order (PO) data to ensure accuracy in styles, colors, and quantities. Prepare care label artwork for each style to send to suppliers for layout production. Review care labels, barcode labels, and sticker layouts from each supplier to ensure all information aligns with the PO, and secure necessary approvals. For imported orders, monitor labels with the supplier to ensure they are sourced from our designated supplier in China. For local orders, create a label sheet and collaborate with our nominated supplier to finalize and send to the supplier. Maintain daily follow-ups with suppliers for approvals and timelines to meet our agreed delivery dates. Coordinate with our quality control team regarding inspection dates, results, and any issues that arise. Review the commercial invoice and packing list to verify accuracy before passing them to the logistics team. Work with the logistics team until the goods arrive at our stores.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in fashion/Accessories Sourcing or merchandising. Strong knowledge of fashion trends, Materials, fabrics, and supply chain operations. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Analytical mindset with a good grasp of numbers and commercial awareness.
