Overview We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data‑driven Social Media Lead to own our brand’s presence across all digital platforms. In this role, you will develop and execute social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, strengthen community engagement, and drive measurable business results. You will collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Creative, Communications, and other key stakeholders to ensure a unified brand voice and impactful digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business and communication objectives. Lead content planning for all social channels, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and brand consistency. Identify platform trends, audience insights, and emerging opportunities to enhance engagement and reach. Content Creation & Management Oversee the creation, curation, and publishing of high‑quality, engaging content (copy, visuals, video, storytelling). Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with campaigns, business priorities, and key events. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice. Community Management Build and nurture online communities by responding to comments, messages, and trends in a timely, meaningful way. Monitor brand sentiment and collaborate with relevant teams to address reputational risks or issues. Performance & Analytics Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs, including reach, engagement, conversions, and community growth. Use insights to optimize content, campaigns, and platform strategy. A/B test content formats, posting times, and messaging to improve performance. Leadership & Collaboration Manage internal and external content, agencies, to ensure high‑quality output. Partner closely with Internal Communications, Marketing, PR, and HR to support cross‑departmental initiatives. Train and guide team members or stakeholders on social media best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.4–7 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communication. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, X, Tik Tok, You Tube) and their analytics tools. Proven experience developing and executing successful social media strategies. Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills. Proficiency in social scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for digital trends.
