This is a full-time on-site role for a Translator based in Cairo, Egypt. The Translator will be responsible for accurately translating written materials, documents, and correspondence between languages. Key tasks will include ensuring precision in language usage, cultural contextualization, and adherence to deadlines. The role also involves assisting with effective communication between teams by interpreting verbal conversations or presentations as needed.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field At least 3 years of experience as a translator . Proficiency in multiple languages, including fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Strong translation and interpretation skills with attention to cultural nuances Excellent Research and Writing abilities to ensure accuracy and clarity in translations Time-management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines Familiarity with technical or industry-specific terminology is a plus Previous experience as a professional translator or interpreter is advantageous Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
