Egy Cham is hiring Senior QA/QC Engineer for one of our clients in Food and Beverage Manufacturing Industry.
Role Description Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC policies, procedures, and quality standards. Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, client specifications, and internal quality requirements. Lead and supervise quality inspections and testing activities across operations or projects. Review and approve method statements, inspection reports, and technical documentation. Conduct internal audits and ensure proper documentation and corrective actions. Identify quality gaps and implement preventive and corrective action plans. Monitor and report key quality performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. From 3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control roles. Experience in food and beverage is a must. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO standards or equivalent). Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and compliance reviews. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent documentation and reporting skills. Ability to lead and manage a quality team effectively.
