Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health Insurance Processor located in Cairo, Egypt. The Health Insurance Processor will be responsible for accurately reviewing, processing, and verifying insurance claims and related documentation. Key tasks include maintaining records, liaising with insurance providers, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations. Additionally, the role involves efficient communication and coordination with team members to ensure timely service delivery.
Qualifications Strong attention to detail, accuracy in reviewing, analyzing, and processing insurance documentation Proficiency in customer service and the ability to respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner Organizational skills to maintain and manage detailed records with efficiency Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic Basic understanding of health insurance processes is preferred Proficiency in standard office software and familiarity with digital tools Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
