The responsibilities include managing and driving sales performance, establishing strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves mentoring and training team members to meet established sales targets and working closely with other departments to support overall business objectives. Qualifications Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster client relationships and ensure satisfaction Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to achieve high performance Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Familiarity with the real estate industry and a deep understanding of the local market is highly advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in languages, including English and Arabic, is a must
