Aura Mart is looking for a responsible and hands-on Store Supervisor to manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth store performance in a fast-moving retail environment.
???? Key Responsibilities Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow Monitor sales performance and support achieving daily targets Manage and supervise store staff (cashiers & assistants) Ensure proper cash handling, POS operations, and daily reconciliation Control inventory levels, stock rotation, and loss prevention Ensure store cleanliness, product availability, and visual standards Handle customer issues professionally and maintain service quality Coordinate with management regarding reports, issues, and requirements
✅ Job Requirements:2-3 years of experience in retail / mini market / convenience store operations Minimum 1–2 years in a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar role Experience in high-traffic retail environments is a must Strong leadership and people management skills Good understanding of cash handling and inventory control Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Good command of English (Intermediate or above) Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, POS systems)
