We are looking for Senior Logistics Specialist for one of our clients in Food and Beverage Industry.
Role Description Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery. Plan and manage daily transportation schedules in alignment with sales and production requirements. Ensure proper handling and transportation of food products, maintaining quality and safety standards. Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, production, and sales teams to align dispatch plans and priorities. Work closely with transporters, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers. Monitor logistics KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full), delivery lead time, and cost per shipment. Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or operational issues. Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation and records. Support cost optimization initiatives in transportation and distribution. Ensure compliance with regulatory and food safety transportation requirements.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. From 3to 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution operations. Experience in food and beverage is a must. Strong understanding of food product handling, storage, and transportation standards. Experience working with ERP systems and logistics tracking tools. Good knowledge of fleet coordination and third-party logistics management. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
