Job Details

 Jamjoom Pharma is seeking a Demand Planning Assistant Manager to lead forecasting and planning activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment across commercial, supply chain, and operations. This role requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and the ability to drive collaboration and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the demand planning function, ensuring accurate forecasts and timely updates.


  • Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning demand with supply and business priorities.


  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market trends and forecast data.


  • Manage and mentor junior planners, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.


  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to integrate business intelligence into demand plans.


  • Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain forecast accuracy and service levels.


  • Contribute to long-term planning initiatives and support organizational growth strategies.


Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field (master’s degree required).


  • Minimum 14 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain, with at least 4 years in a similar managerial role.


  • Strong leadership and team management skills.


  • Advanced analytical capabilities with proficiency in forecasting tools, ERP systems, and Excel.


  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.


  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering measurable results.
