Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while accurately assessing customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist customers with order placement and follow up on production and delivery schedules.
- Greet clients and visitors professionally, maintaining a positive and welcoming company image.
- Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accurate hard copy and electronic records.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with clients through clear, effective, and professional communication.
- Provide detailed product information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and promptly.
- Handle customer complaints, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Follow up on deliveries, payments, dispatches, QR codes, artwork approvals, and proforma invoices.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE, Food Safety (FS), and GMP standards at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- 6 months of proven experience in a customer service or related role.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Conditions:
- Full-Time Position
- Sunday to Thursday
- From 7:30AM - 3:30PM
