About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead global marketing initiatives for our translation solutions portfolio. You will be responsible for driving product awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition across key markets while positioning our brand as a leader in language technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies to promote translation products (MT, CAT tools, localization workflow solutions, etc.)
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and target segments
- Campaign Management
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of paid and organic marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social, display, content syndication)
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights to maximize conversion and ROI
- Content & Messaging
- Collaborate with product and localization teams to create engaging content (ebooks, webinars, product pages, landing pages, case studies)
- Ensure consistent messaging aligned with brand and value proposition
- Product Launch & Enablement
- Coordinate go-to-market launches, including positioning, website updates, campaign assets, and internal enablement
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance and pipeline contribution using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce
- Report KPIs to leadership; leverage data to continuously improve strategy
- Customer Lifecycle Marketing
- Develop programs that nurture prospects through the funnel and strengthen retention among existing users
- Partnership & Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, localization, and external agencies to support revenue growth
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3–6+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing (preferably SaaS or language services industry)
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and digital analytics
- Experience marketing technical products or translation/localization technology is a major asset
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English; multilingual skills a plus
- Data-driven, innovative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
