Job Summary The Team Leader at e& CX Solutions is responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding a team to achieve performance targets, and ensuring service delivery meets organizational standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and support team members to meet and exceed KPIs. Operations Oversight: Monitor workflow and ensure smooth daily operations. Coaching & Training: Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews. Customer Focus: Ensure service delivery aligns with customer satisfaction goals. Process Improvement: Identify gaps and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve team or operational issues promptly. Reporting: Provide updates on team performance and operational outcomes to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in business, management, or related field). Experience: 1–2 years in operations or team leadership roles. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with operational management tools. Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Language: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
