Role Description

The Head Butler is a full-time, on-site role located in New capital responsible for managing and coordinating all butler services to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Day-to-day tasks include supervising and training the butler team, anticipating guest needs, providing personalized attention, overseeing room preparation, arranging special requests, and maintaining service standards aligned with St. Regis Hotels & Resorts' high standards of luxury. The Head Butler will serve as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Expertise in Luxury Hospitality, Customer Service, and Professional Etiquette Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Training Skills Exceptional Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Problem-Solving Ability Attention to Detail, Organizational Skills, and Proficiency in Multitasking Knowledge of Local Culture, Customs, and Language Proficiency is a Plus Previous experience as a Head Butler or similar role at a luxury hotel is preferred Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field is an advantage
