Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads through outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, engaging in customer support activities, promoting company products or services, and achieving sales targets. The role requires interacting professionally with customers while adhering to company standards and goals.
