Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Technical Support professional specializing in chat-based customer assistance with zero voice or phone support. Day-to-day tasks include resolving customer inquiries, providing effective troubleshooting, delivering technical support through chat communication, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves efficiently identifying and addressing technical issues while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
