Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Account (WAVE 0) Innovative Work Solutions is hiring motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our Healthcare Account (Wave 0). This role gives you the opportunity to support healthcare providers by handling inbound calls, assisting with benefit plans and claims, and delivering clear, empathetic customer service.
