???? Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Client Engagement Follow up on inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns. Identify client needs and present suitable company services and marketing solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. Sales & Business Development Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications. Support upselling and cross-selling activities across the company's service offerings. Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets. Marketing Coordination Coordinate closely with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation initiatives. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to improve conversion rates. Reporting & CRM Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Prepare basic sales reports and pipeline updates for management review.???? Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on closing deals. Ability to understand and communicate marketing and digital service offerings. Professional client-handling skills with a consultative sales approach. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
