We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Art Director to lead visual direction across ATL, digital, and production work. The ideal candidate will have strong agency experience, proven leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.

• Lead and develop creative concepts across ATL, digital, and production campaigns

  
  

• Ensure high visual standards and brand consistency across all deliverables

  
  

• Supervise, mentor, and guide designers and creative team members

  
  

• Collaborate closely with accounts, content, and strategy teams

  
  

• Translate client briefs into strong creative ideas and executions

  
  

• Oversee artwork execution, revisions, and final outputs under tight deadlines

  
  

• Manage multiple projects across different clients and industries simultaneously

  
  

• Present creative ideas internally and to clients when required

  
  

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer

  
  

• At least 2–3 years in a leadership or team management role

  
  

• Strong experience in ATL, digital, and production

  
  

• Agency experience is mandatory (minimum 3+ years)

  
  

• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and frequent amends

  
  

• Experience working across multiple clients and industries

  
  

• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

  
  

• Excellent visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail
