The FP&A Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis across the organization. This role is ideal for a professional with solid analytical skills who is looking to grow within the FP&A function.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes

  
  

• Perform variance analysis against the budget and forecast, providing insights and recommendations

  
  

• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for management review

  
  

• Analyze business performance, costs, revenues, and profitability to support decision-making

  
  

• Monitor KPIs and support strategic planning through financial models and scenario analysis

  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data and validate financial assumptions

  
  

• Support month-end closing activities from an analysis and reporting perspective

  
  

• Enhance and automate FP&A processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy

  
  

• Mid-level / junior profile with relevant experience in FP&A or financial analysis

  
  

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and financial analysis tools

  
  

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
