With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.<o:p></o:p><o:p></o:p></p>About the role<p><p style='font-size:16px;16px;16px'>As the Cloud Infra Solutions Manager, you will serve as the pivotal point for complex operational requests while ensuring a seamless 24/7 support structure, effectively motivating your team to excel and drive continuous improvement across all cloud operations.<br> • Act as the primary point of contact for complex operational requests, ensuring swift resolution and alignment with organizational goals.<br> • Maintain 24/7 availability for on-call support and non-business hours planned activities.<br> • Oversee day-to-day team management, focusing on incident response, change management, vulnerability assessments, and patch audits.<br> • Motivate and guide the team to achieve established organizational objectives.<br> • Allocate resources strategically and assign L2 experts to various technologies based on priority.<br> • Provide key performance indicators (KPI) related to activities across technical domains.<br> • Lead skill management initiatives and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.<br> • Ensure compliance with OPS offer processes to maintain operational excellence.<br> • Engage stakeholders in regular service reviews with L3, L2 offer references, suppliers, and more.<br> • Contribute to and facilitate the team's input on all improvement plans.<br> • Identify and spearhead opportunities for continuous improvement across cloud operations.<br> • Provide thorough technical root cause assessments (RCA) and follow up with relevant stakeholders.<br> • Ensure timely follow-up on SWAN/Jira tickets, ensuring alignment with service offer standards.<br> • The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving, ensuring adaptability in a dynamic operational environment.<br></P></p></p></p>About you<p><p style='font-size:16px;16px;16px'>You possess a strong foundation in systems technologies, with excellent knowledge in operating systems, virtualization, and backup solutions. Your communicative and facilitative skills enhance team collaboration, while your project management experience enables you to lead diverse teams effectively. With a minimum of 7 years of experience, including 2-5 years in cloud-based applications and proficiency in both English and French, you are ready to make a significant impact.<br><br><strong>Your professional skills:</strong><br>• Possess excellent understanding of systems technologies, including various operating systems and server hardware, ensuring optimal infrastructure performance.<br>• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of network architecture, backup, restore systems, storage area networks, and monitoring solutions.<br>• Have strong familiarity with systems-related products such as Microsoft Windows, VMware, Linux, NetBackup, and virtualization technologies.<br>• Exhibit good understanding of project management methodologies to drive successful project execution.<br>• Show proficiency in technical reporting to communicate insights and progress to relevant stakeholders.<br><br><strong>Your soft skills:</strong><br>• Exhibit strong time management skills to ensure timely project delivery and effective resource allocation.<br>• Possess excellent negotiation and communication skills to engage with team members and stakeholders.<br>• Demonstrate facilitation skills to successfully lead discussions and contribute to team dynamics.<br>• Showcase outstanding customer-facing skills to enhance client relations and maintain service quality.<br></p></p></p></p>
