Role Objectives:
The E-learning Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging, interactive, and effective digital learning experiences that drive employee awareness, performance and organizational growth. While supporting the L&D department by maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS).Roles & Responsibilities: - Convert existing training materials (PowerPoints, PDFs, manuals) into interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline.
- Create new training materials and apply basic Instructional Design theories (e.g., ADDIE or SAM) to ensure learning objectives are met.
- Develop supporting assets, including graphics, basic animations, audio/video edits and interactive quizzes.
- Upload, test, and manage SCORM-compliant content within the LMS.
- Serve as the primary admin for the Learning Management System (LMS), managing user enrollment, reporting, and troubleshooting technical issues and ensure a seamless UI/UX experience.
- Generate monthly reports on completion rates, assessment scores, and learner engagement.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of the digital library to ensure content remains up-to-date and accurate.
- Support with other operations & logistics tasks for our Instructor Led (offline, online and hybrid) training courses.
- Stay curious and up-to-date on the emerging L&D trends.
Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills: - 1-2 Years of experience in a relevant field
- Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Business, or a related field.
- ITI Certification is highly preferred.
- In the absence of an ITI certification, an Instructional Design certification is required.
- Willingness to learn, Proactive, Effective communication, Organizing skills, with a collaborative mindset to assist the broader L&D duties during peak seasons.
- Proficiency in at least one major tool (Articulate Storyline).
- Basic skills in the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
