Your role and responsibilities
As a Data Engineer: Business Intelligence, you will design, build, and manage solutions using web-based BI reporting technology to provide personalized features and intuitive designs. BI professionals act as data detectives, transforming raw data into clear stories that drive smarter decisions and improve operational efficiency, bridging the gap between technical data and business strategy

* Business Intelligence Expertise: Experience with designing and building web-based BI reporting solutions, including personalized features and intuitive design kits.
.Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of full-time working experience in Data Engineering domain including batch and streaming ingestion.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Build interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations (KPIs, trends, performance metrics).
- Data Management: Write SQL queries, manage datasets, ensure data quality, and develop data collection procedures.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with finance, marketing, or operations to understand business needs and deliver tailored insights.
- Insight Generation: Analyze data to uncover trends, forecast future performance, and support strategic planning.
.Tool Proficiency: Utilize BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and data manipulation languages (SQL).
.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred technical and professional experience
* Familiarity with Dashboard Tools: Experience with dashboard development tools like Tableau and Click would be beneficial in creating interactive and user-friendly dashboards for data analysis and visualization. * Knowledge of Scorecard Development: Exposure to scorecard development using technologies like Cognos, Actuate, and MicroStrategy would be advantageous in creating comprehensive scorecards for performance measurement and evaluation.
