Job Details

     Role Objectives:


Support Breadfast’s operational and technology ecosystem by ensuring accurate system configurations, reliable data flow, and smooth day-to-day operations across product catalogs, invoicing, tax operations, and internal tools. The role focuses on enabling business continuity, data integrity, and process efficiency through close collaboration with internal stakeholders, Product, Engineering, and external vendors.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Configure, maintain, and continuously update the Breadfast app product catalogue to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business requirements.


  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Commercial, Product, Engineering, Finance) to apply required system configurations and changes efficiently.


  • Validate and audit product, pricing, barcode, and invoice data to ensure consistency across internal systems and external platforms.


  • Ensure compliance with data integrity, security, and governance policies while handling system configurations and operational data.


  • Monitor system performance, stability, and uptime, and escalate issues proactively when risks are identified.


  • Provide operational and technical support to internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of system-related issues.


  • Manage and maintain Draw subarea fences, ensuring accurate configuration and alignment with operational needs.


  • Implement, track, and monitor process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce recurring issues.


  • Create, manage, and monitor B2B invoices through the ETA system, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.


  • Coordinate with Finance and Tax teams to ensure compliance in system logic, reporting, and integrations.


  • Monitor daily tax-related invoices and e-receipts operations, analyze discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions when needed.


  • Measure, analyze, and evaluate system parameters and operational metrics to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.


  • Handle tickets and requests received through multiple channels, ensuring resolution within agreed SLAs.


  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for internal tools and system enhancements, validating functionality before production release.


    • Act as the control point for validating commercial data inputs (pricing, discounts, promotions) before and after deployment.


    • Manage and control all system-triggered SMS communications sent to customers or employees.


    • Own SMS scripts, templates, and contact lists, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance.


    • Coordinate with Commercial, Operations, and Legal teams on messaging content and approval.


    • Monitor SMS gateway performance and troubleshoot delivery or configuration issues


    • Prepare operational reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.


    • Participate in incident management activities, including root cause analysis and preventive action planning.


    • Support vendor integrations and API-related operations to ensure seamless data exchange.
      Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:


    • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.


    • 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, system administration, data operations, or a similar role.


    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel or Google Sheets.


    • Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.
