<p>Handling all Payroll duties of OEG employees</p>
<p><strong>Duties and responsibilities</strong></p>

<ol><li>Handle all the monthly payroll payments for all employees ( Locals , Expats & Handicapped ) </li><li>Apply bank accounts for new hired employees as well as many changes in employees bank Accounts every month before issuing the payroll.</li><li>Modify & adjust Salaries, Allowances as well as their social insurance amounts for promoted employees </li><li>Responsible for the Bonus payout .</li><li>Modify & adjust Salaries as well as their social insurance amounts for salary increase </li><li>Modify & adjust social insurance amounts at Jan & July every year</li><li>Issue the payroll memos every month to the Finance department</li><li>Transfer the salaries of the employees every month to the banks </li><li>Run prepayments at the system every month </li><li>Prepare Dashboard reports </li><li>Calculate the entitlements of resigned employees ( Locals and Orange Services ).</li><li>Issue HR letters & Court Order Letters.</li><li>Prepare the reconciliation on a monthly bases ( Locals , Expats , Handicapped and Orange Services ).</li><li>Handle all monthly payroll documentations </li><li>Provide support and advise to employees regarding payroll issues .</li></ol>

<ol><li>University graduate from a recognized university. </li><li>Advanced studies in HR are an asset.</li></ol>
<p>Experience</p>

<ol><li>Minimum 4 years of solid experience, 2 of which in a relevant role</li></ol>
