Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team to meet productivity, quality, and performance goals.
Provide training, coaching, and continuous development to team members.
Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPIs and regular feedback.
Plan and delegate daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
Support management in developing strategies to improve team efficiency.
Handle escalations and resolve operational or personnel issues promptly.
Prepare and present performance reports to BDM.
