The Electrical Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical and automation systems to ensure smooth and safe production operations. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, PLC-controlled machines, and control panels. The engineer supports production continuity by minimizing downtime and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and company standards. The position also contributes to continuous improvement of automation and maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities 

• Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on production machines and utilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, drives, sensors, and control panels.
• Diagnose and support PLC and automation systems to reduce equipment downtime.
• Execute assigned maintenance work orders according to time, quality, and safety standards.
• Record maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts usage accurately.
• Support implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure machine availability and smooth operation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, quality, and electrical safety standards.
• Identify potential equipment issues and propose technical improvements.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions within the maintenance area.
