  • Develop detailed mechanical system layouts, schematics, and specifications for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, and electrical engineers, to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of technical drawings, calculations, and documentation for tender and construction phases.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to verify design implementation and resolve technical issues during construction.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate materials, equipment, and technologies to optimize system performance and sustainability.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and design staff, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development.
  • Participate in project meetings, client presentations, and technical workshops to communicate design concepts and progress.
  • Ensure all mechanical designs adhere to local and international codes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Support value engineering initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and standards.
