Job Details

  • Coordinate and support the sales team in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, contracts, and related documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other internal departments to facilitate effective communication.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports for management and clients.
  • Monitor and track sales targets, providing regular updates and performance reports to the sales manager.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing information and resolving issues as needed.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the sales team.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures.
