Data & Automation Engineer, you will work on developing data pipelines, automation workflows, and integration frameworks that bring efficiency, reliability, and scalability to complex operations. A core part of this role is strong database knowledge, ensuring data accuracy, reconciliation, and consistency across multiple systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that integrate data, automation, and operational platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
- Build, optimize, and manage relational and non-relational databases to support automation and integration needs.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, reconciliation, and consistency across systems of record and real-time feeds.
- Implement automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Develop and integrate APIs and services to connect data sources, platforms, and portals.
- Collaborate with domain experts and engineers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support CI/CD practices, testing, and documentation for all developed solutions.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in data engineering, database management, or system integration.Strong background in database design, management, and optimization.Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design, indexing, and performance tuning.Hands-on experience in automation, integration, and data pipeline development.Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.Knowledge of ETL concepts, data modeling, and reconciliation frameworks.Familiarity with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka or similar).Understanding of automation concepts such as telemetry, reconciliation, and closed-loop operations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across teams.Willingness to travel based on business needs.
