Corporate Travel Senior Manager | Majid Al futtaim Global Solutions
ROLE SUMMARY
This role oversees Majid Al Futtaim’s corporate travel operations across all Operating companies and operating countries, ensuring compliance with policies and delivering high-quality, cost-efficient travel services. The position leads a regional travel team, manages vendor contracts, and drives strategic initiatives to optimize spend and traveler experience.
ROLE PROFILE

• Lead, mentor, and manage the corporate travel team to deliver consistent high-quality service across all operating countries.
• Develop, implement, and enforce corporate travel policies in alignment with business objectives, cost optimization, and sustainability goals.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for travel-related matters.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with travel vendors, ensuring favorable terms, SLA compliance, and service excellence.

• Analyze travel spend, prepare detailed reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate travel management, with at least 5 years in leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven vendor negotiation, budget management, and policy compliance expertise.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team development skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and cost optimization.
• Experience in managing large-scale, multi-country travel programs.
