  • Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures in alignment with company standards and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Oversee the organization and layout of the warehouse to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency.
  • Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring high performance, adherence to safety protocols, and continuous development.
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Analyze operational data and generate reports to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse environment.
  • Handle and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory, shipments, or warehouse processes.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) to enhance tracking and reporting capabilities.
