Required Jobs Travel Specialist (Package Reservation / Sales) Job Responsibilities: • Handle inquiries and reservations for travel packages (leisure, honeymoon, family). • Design and customize travel packages based on client preferences, budget, and travel purpose. • Sell holiday packages including flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and visa services. • Provide accurate quotations and follow up with clients to close sales. • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and tour operators to confirm services. • Ensure all booking details, vouchers, and travel documents are issued correctly and on time. • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. • Upsell and cross-sell additional services to maximize revenue. • Handle amendments, cancellations, and rebookings professionally. • Resolve client issues and provide after-sales support before and during travel. • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client data. • Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to team revenue goal
Competencies Required: * Experience in preparing and implementing foreign tourism packages (prerequisite) * Previous experience in dealing with the GCC market * English language (B2 or C1 level) * Strong communication skills and persuasion and closing sales deals * Ability to learn and continuously develop * Minimum 3 years’ experience in tourism sales * Proficiency in tourism systems * Adherence to company policies
