Role Description
We are seeking a skilled, full-time Software Delivery Manager to join the team at Andalusia Health Egypt. Based on-site in Alexandria, Egypt, you will lead and manage software projects, oversee program delivery efforts, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions. This role involves working closely with teams to coordinate resources, monitor project progress, resolve challenges, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Strong Program Management and Consulting experience to lead complex project implementations. Exceptional Analytical and Communication skills to assess project needs and provide clear updates to stakeholders. Proven Team Management abilities, with experience mentoring and coordinating teams effectively. Demonstrated adaptability to collaborate in cross-functional environments and meet performance goals. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in software development lifecycle management and familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus. Experience in healthcare IT or similar industries is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced settings.
