Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant, based in New Cairo. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing real estate consulting services, maintaining strong customer relations, and assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, assessing client needs, developing sales strategies, and communicating effectively to secure property deals. The role requires delivering excellent client service while achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.
Qualifications Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to guide clients effectively through property transactions. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and provide tailored solutions. Sales expertise with proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Knowledge of the real estate market and trends in the New Cairo area is highly advantageous. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-focused environment. Proficiency in using technology and real estate platforms to enhance client interactions and transactions. Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
