Core Responsibilities1. Consultation Ownership (A–Z)
Take ownership of consultation cases after inquiry verification
Conduct or manage consultation sessions with clients
Assess client needs, scope, feasibility, and commercial viability
Lead client discussions, alignment, and expectation management
Negotiate scope, timelines, and commercial terms when required
2. Deal Execution & Closing
Convert validated consultations into confirmed deals
Coordinate approvals and confirmations with clients
Ensure clear agreement on deliverables, timelines, and pricing
Own the case until formal confirmation and payment initiation
3. Consultant & Vendor Management
Select and assign the most suitable freelance / project-based consultant
Align consultants on scope, pricing, timelines, and expectations
Manage consultant performance and delivery throughout the project
Act as the single point of contact between client and consultant
4. Project Delivery Management
Oversee execution from kickoff to final delivery
Monitor timelines, quality, risks, and scope changes
Resolve issues between clients and consultants proactively
Ensure client satisfaction and proper project closure
5. Financial Control & Payments
Ensure client payments are collected as agreed
Coordinate consultant/vendor payouts after successful delivery
Protect project margins and flag financial risks early
Close cases only after cash-in, cash-out, and margin confirmation
