Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial and corporate contracts, including joint ventures, project agreements, service contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and supplier/vendor agreements.
• Provide sound legal counsel to senior management and cross-functional teams on corporate, commercial, employment, regulatory, and compliance issues.
• Ensure the company’s adherence to applicable laws, industry standards, and internal policies throughout all operations and projects.
• Oversee dispute resolution, legal risk assessment, and claims management processes, partnering with external counsel when required.
• Support corporate governance, statutory filings, regulatory compliance submissions, and corporate documentation.
• Identify key areas of legal risk and develop mitigation strategies to protect company assets and reputation.
• Assist in policy development and implementation of internal legal frameworks and procedures.
• Maintain an organized legal repository and contract database for compliance, reporting, and audit purposes.
