Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for Back Office Agents specializing in English Chat and Calls. Responsibilities include handling customer queries through chat and calls, performing back office operations efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and supporting additional tasks such as documentation and system updates. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset to ensure a seamless customer experience.
