We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design Engineer to contribute to the delivery of high-quality architectural design solutions for both interior and exterior works. The role focuses on design development, technical accuracy, coordination, and constructability across residential projects.
Design & Concept Development Develop architectural concepts and translate ideas into clear, creative, and buildable design proposals. Prepare and present design materials including mood boards, concept diagrams, sketches, and 3D visualizations. Produce design development drawings and detailed architectural packages for interior and exterior works. Conduct site analysis, zoning studies, and space planning to support informed design decisions. Review and select materials, finishes, and architectural details aligned with the project vision and quality standards. Codes & Technical Standards Ensure all designs comply with applicable local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Apply sound knowledge of construction methods and architectural detailing throughout the design process. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration and technical consistency. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.4–7 years of proven experience in architectural design (preferably residential or mixed-use projects). Strong proficiency in:Auto CADRevit Sketch UpLumion Adobe Photoshop Strong design visualization, presentation, and communication skills. Solid understanding of materials, construction methods, and local codes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to relocate to New Damietta.
