Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Agent based in Cairo, Egypt, combining on-site duties with the flexibility of working from home. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle inbound and outbound communication, work with customer support systems, and contribute to enhancing customer experience through effective communication and service quality.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service and delivering outstanding Customer Satisfaction Skills in Customer Support, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience Experience in improving Customer Experience and fostering long-term customer relationships Fluency in English at C1 level is required Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Flexibility to work in a hybrid model (on-site and remote from Cairo, Egypt)
