Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and attracting talent to meet organizational needs. The individual will also be expected to develop and implement recruitment strategies, evaluate candidates, and support training initiatives to ensure seamless integration into the team.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Hiring and Recruiting processes Experience in conducting Interviews and candidate assessments Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and candidates Knowledge and experience in Training and onboarding employees Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple recruitment tasks Previous experience in recruitment in the GCC region is required Excellent command of English, both spoken and written Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
