Role Description We are seeking full-time Primary/Resale Team Leaders to join our dynamic team. As a Team Leader, you will oversee and guide a team of real estate agents, ensuring they meet performance goals and deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, monitoring sales, providing mentorship, and building strong client relationships. You will also be expected to analyze market trends and contribute to the company’s success. This is an on-site position based in New Cairo.
Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities Sales and negotiation skills with expertise in real estate, particularly in the primary and resale sectors Market analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making skills Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer literacy Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Prior experience in real estate or a similar field is preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is advantageous
