Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Furniture Sales position located in New Cairo. The Furniture Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored furniture solutions. Daily tasks include assisting customers in the selection process, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing showroom, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves building lasting relationships with clients to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications Proven Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and interact effectively with customers. Experience in Retail Sales and Furniture-related sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Ability to understand and navigate sales processes and techniques that optimize customer satisfaction. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for home furnishings and sales. Prior experience in a furniture retail environment is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Sales, Marketing, or a related field may be advantageous.
