Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a C1 Customer Service Representative located in Alexandria, Egypt, with the flexibility of some work-from-home options. The role involves managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, maintaining positive customer experiences, and supporting customer-related operational activities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Strong skills in improving Customer Experience and maintaining high-quality service standards Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and responsiveness Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Fluency in relevant languages; English proficiency is a must Experience in a similar customer-facing or call center role is preferred Highly adaptable to both in-office and remote work settings
