Job Details

Vehicle and Inventory Management Tasks

  1. Downloading VIC vehicles, chains, supplies, and returns.
  2. Connecting sales representatives to vehicles for daily loading on handheld devices, adjusting settings for each representative and sector.
  3. Defining sectors for each vehicle to facilitate cost identification by the finance department.
  4. Issuing replenishment orders for direct sales vehicles in case the representative's handheld device malfunctions.
  5. Ensuring the stock codes of representatives match the stock code on the handheld device.
  6. Weekly and monthly inventory checks for all sales sector vehicles, ensuring stock is cleared before loading and switching representatives' stocks when vehicles are reassigned.
  7. Resetting any representative's stock when they resign.
  8. Monitoring the WhatsApp group “PDA Problem Solutions” throughout the day to open visits for representatives outside their route and coordinates.
  9. Preparing daily GPS reports including vehicle departure from the branch, return to the garage, distance traveled, daily sales, and stops longer than half an hour.
  10. Monitoring vehicle speed violations and enforcing penalties for exceeding the company's speed limits.
  11. Tracking representatives' movements and ensuring compliance with exit and entry policies, including penalties for violations.
  12. Daily monitoring of whether vehicles return to the garage.
  13. Tracking vehicle movements on Fridays or public holidays.
  14. Assisting supervisors in identifying long stop locations for representatives' vehicles by sending Google Map links.
  15. Monitoring vehicles covering areas outside their designated branch by sharing a route screenshot to help supervisors determine if representatives stray from their paths.
  16. Providing live location information of representatives when requested for follow-ups.
  17. Monitoring device malfunctions, ensuring they are repaired and functional.
  18. Tracking vehicles that return late to the garage after midnight.
  19. Comparing vehicle odometer readings with recorded movements from the tracking system.
  20. Identifying coordinates for new customers.
  21. Organizing routes by visit day using coordinates for representatives.
  22. Regularly reporting the status of coordinates.
  23. Correcting non-functional coordinates.
  24. Establishing geographical boundaries for each branch and representative.
  25. Defining each customer's geographical area (village, neighborhood, district, city).
  26. Working on administrative divisions within provinces.
  27. Analyzing data on locations, distribution, and sales by products and areas.
  28. Plotting customers on Google Maps to facilitate access.
  29. Redefining areas and routes and distributing customers based on the needs of the workforce.
  30. Reviewing invoices outside coordinate coverage for customer service or internal audit teams.
  31. Identifying visits by supervisors both within and outside coordinates, along with reporting by coordinators and chain representatives.
