  • Follow up on all types of lawsuits filed by or against the company.
  • Review all company contracts.
  • arry out all legal procedures related to the company, including but not limited to: notarizing company contracts, drafting administrative decisions and General Assembly resolutions and having them approved by the General Authority for Investment, and registering such decisions and resolutions with the Commercial Registry, etc.
  • Follow up on branch licensing procedures and all related governmental requirements.
