  • Install KNX system and devices , including sensors, actuators, controllers, and user interfaces.
  • Configure and program to meet specific client requirements.
  • Integrate systems with other automation technologies and protocols as needed.
  • Perform regular maintenance on automation systems to ensure they are operating efficiently.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and end-users.
  • Offer technical advice on the selection of KNX devices and components to meet project requirements.
  • Conduct thorough testing of installed automation systems to ensure all components function correctly and meet the design specifications.
  • Plan and implement upgrades to existing automation systems, including the addition of new devices and features.
  • Maintain accurate records of all installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.
  • Adhere to safety protocols during installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure that all safety features within the automation system are functioning correctly.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and support requests.
  • Offer training sessions to clients and end-users on how to use and manage their KNX system effectively.
