About the Role We're looking for a motivated and experienced Cold Caller to join our growing outbound team. In this role, you will be calling businesses across the United States to introduce our services, qualify prospects, and help generate booked sales opportunities.
We provide the leads, dialer software, and structure. Your focus will be executing high quality outreach conversations and driving consistent results.
Key Responsibilities• Make outbound cold calls to US based businesses daily• Introduce our services clearly and professionally• Qualify prospects based on internal criteria• Book calls and pass qualified leads to the sales team• Maintain accurate call notes and activity tracking• Follow scripts and continuously improve messaging based on feedback
Requirements• Proven cold calling experience is required• Comfortable speaking with US based prospects• Strong English communication and confidence on the phone• Ability to handle objections and keep conversations professional• Self motivated and results driven mindset• Reliable internet connection and quiet calling environment
