Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a B2 English Account (Chat Support) Specialist. The role involves providing professional and efficient chat-based customer support for the E& UAE region. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining accurate records of interactions while adhering to company policies and guidelines. The selected candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications Strong English proficiency and excellent Communication skills Experience in Customer Service and a customer-first mindset Ability to provide Training and apply knowledge in customer interaction scenarios Familiarity with Translation and an understanding of cultural sensitivities within the UAE region is an advantage Adaptability to dynamic work environments and team collaboration Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred Previous experience in chat support or customer support roles is a plus
